Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, each item pictured is the exact item you will receive. If you want more pictures of any item online please contact us.
How can I return an item?
Any item that is pre-made can be returned but must be in new condition as it was sent out. If an item has been used it cannot be returned.
Any item that is made to order cannot be returned. Any bespoke item in non-refundable.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we make items again when they are sold. Hand made items take time but they can be reserved.
One off limited pieces are only made once and are never made again.
